Refund and Returns Policy

At AK Financial Administration Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality financial services that meet your expectations. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below:

1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once a financial service (such as tax preparation, bookkeeping, consulting, or any other professional service) has been rendered, we do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• A double payment was made for the same service.

• The service was paid for but not delivered, and no communication was received from our team within 14 business days.

• A technical error occurred on our payment platform, resulting in overcharging.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the payment date to info@akfinancialusa.com with proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients who book services such as consultations or training sessions may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be refundable.

4. Digital Products & Courses

All sales of digital products, including online courses, templates, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable. Please review the product description carefully before purchase.
